In Triathlon, as in most endurance events, athletes focus so much on the sport itself that they often forget about the fuel that makes everything go. Proper nutrition can make the difference between a successful athlete and a not-so-successful athlete. That is why OpIron has teamed up with Nutrition Coach Christine Lynch (AKA Holisticguru , founder of Liveandeatbetter.com) to offer this holistic approach to reaching your athletic and fitness goals. Just like the athletes in the professional ranks, you will have a team of coaches working together to make sure you reach your goals. The program includes: * Initial meeting with both coaches to discuss your goals and history * A training plan focused on achieving your goals * The creation of a detailed workout plan that is published for you every two weeks * A monthly check in call from each coach to confirm that the plan and workouts are working for you * A Nutritional program focused on optimizing your nutrition to get the most of your workouts and races * Nutritional coaching aimed at educating you on how to make better more wholesome nutritional choices * Access to wholesome delicious recipes It is our belief that this is THE optimal program for an athlete looking to get the most out of their training and racing.
